16th Annual National Juried Exhibition
The Idaho Falls National Exhibition is an annual juried exhibition by the Idaho Falls Arts Council (IFAC) and exhibited at the Willard Arts Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Artists working in all mediums throughout the United States are invited to submit. This is an open show with no geographic boundaries.

Juror's Statement
Maggy Rozycki Hiltner
"I was honored to serve as the juror for the 16th Annual Idaho Falls National Juried Exhibition. This presented me an opportunity to express my admiration for the Idaho Falls Arts Council and all of its venues, its legacy in the artistic life of the region, and the remarkable artists it features and fosters.
My choices were dictated by my response to the intrinsic aesthetic and conceptual qualities of each work, rather than adhering to any quota by medium or theme. The over 400 entries impressed me with their breadth and inventiveness, not only in physical execution and technique but in ideas and emotions conveyed. The juror’s task is to find the best show possible within the work available.
As my choices winnowed down the many entries, the artworks seemed to communicate with each other. Look for powerful color, poignant black and whites, strong horizons, saturated hues, rhythmic shapes and billowing volumes—along with quite a few birds. I found mystery and beauty, and I chose work that attracted me from afar and kept me fascinated in its details.
Congratulations to the artists featured and to all who took the courageous step of submitting their work. It was a pleasure to review your work; and I know visitors to this exhibition will share that pleasure."
