On the second floor of the Willard Arts Center is the Blake and Laurel Hall Gallery for Young Artists, which displays the work of local schoolchildren and art students.

History of the Consitution by the Daughters of the American Revolution. Display of the constitution with numerous interactive "art" games for young artists.

Elements of Art sponsored by the Idaho Falls Arts Council. An out of the box art experience. Come learn all about the five "BIG ONES" in art and experience the elements for yourself.
