Kelly Sheridan

June 4 - August 31 • Carr Gallery

Reception on Thursday, July 2, 2020 5-8 pm in conjunction with the Idaho Falls Gallery Walk

"I am inspired by the natural world and my relationship to it. I paint landscapes with the goal of highlighting the wonder, magic, fragility, and persistence of our world. I want people to look at my work and feel a sense of peace while also feeling an urgency to see, explore, and protect these places.

I live in Idaho and many of my works are inspired by the landscape of the West. I gain my inspiration from spending time outside backpacking, riding bikes, and snowboarding. In addition to being an artist, I am also a high school art teacher. I enjoy sharing art with others and empowering them to value their artistic voice."
