Capacity: 969. 637 Orchestra Level, 326 Balcony Level, 6 ADA. Excellent sightlines, excellent acoustics. Beautifully restored classic Vaudeville house, architectural features.
Stage:
Proscenium configuration. Opening is 37'-0” wide x 22'-6" high. Stage is 30'-6" deep (plasterline to crossover 26'-6”). Crossover provided by corridor under stage and a 3’-0” crossover upstage. Wing space stage left = 14'-0” x 30'-6" deep. Wing space stage right = 14'-0” x 30'6" deep. Floor is maple hard wood tongue-and-groove on 2” X 12” wood cross beams, finished with a black mat acrylic paint. (Click here to see stage floor plan).
Fly System:
Double counterweight system. Total of 26 Battens on 8” centers rated at 1,000lbs bar weight for each batten (Click here to see Hanger Log). Ten line sets are permanent. The Colonial Theater has no loading gallery. Stage floor to Grid 45'-0”, out trim on system pipes 41' 6".
Power:
(2) 200 Amp 208 VAC 3-phase disconnects. (1) 400 Amp 208 VAC 3-phase disconnect with camlocks.

-Main drape consists of two 24'-0” wide x 22'-0” high panels of 25 oz. 50% fullness. Act guillotines and travels. Rigged on dedicated lineset #1.

Dressing Rooms:
-Stage Level - 2 chorus, each accommodates 20 individuals. Both have showers, sinks, mirrors, light bars, counter, costume racks, lockable storage space and program monitors. Restroom facilities are across the hall.
-Upper Level - 3 single rooms and 1 double. All have mirrors, light bars, sinks, counters and program monitors. Restroom facilities immediately next door.
Support Spaces:
-Green Room - Located directly stage right. Contains sink, refrigerator, counter, phone jack (local access only) and program monitor. Is used as production office.
-Orchestra Pit - Located below stage apron - 4'-8" below stage, total area is 8'-5" x 33’-5”.
