Event & Ticket Policy

Event Policy

Phone and Recording Devices: Please silence or turn off mobile devices and refrain from checking messages. At times, no cameras or recording devices will be permitted.

Avoid Late Arrivals: Late seating only takes place when the staff deems it least disruptive. Typically, exterior doors open an hour before shows, and theater doors open 30 minutes prior.

Concessions: Concessions may be open before shows and during intermission (show dependent) in the Carr gallery. Drinks are allowed in the Colonial Theater.

Accessibility: The Colonial Theater is wheelchair accessible. Listening devices for the hearing impaired may be available as well as booster seats for children. Please notify the box office in advance of any special accommodations.

Children: All patrons 4 years of age and older require a purchased ticket. Children 3 years and under are only admitted to specific all-ages events.

Other Venues: If your event is taking place at a venue other than the Colonial Theater and Willard Arts Center, please call for specific policies.

Ticket sales are final. IFAC members have exchange privileges. If unable to attend, you may donate tickets to the Arts Council and receive a donation letter.

The Idaho Falls Arts Council strongly recommends that tickets be purchased directly from the Arts Council (in person, over the phone, or online at idahofallsarts.org).

The Arts Council is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party sources such as Ebay, Craigslist, Facebook, ticket brokers, or others.

The Arts Council reserves the right to not honor tickets purchased from third party sources which are determined, in the Arts Council's sole opinion, to have been altered, duplicated, or counterfeited.
